Our journey began with our original bourbon distillery in Lexington, KY, where we started by meticulously mashing every ounce of grain by hand. This dedication to quality and attention to detail allowed us to create award winning bourbon. But we didn’t stop there.

We now embark on an exciting new chapter at Elkwood Farm, located down the road in Midway, KY. Here, we have taken our devotion to the next level by growing our own corn right on site, expanding our production capacity, and pushing the boundaries of what exceptional bourbon and spirits can truly be.

KENTUCKY GROWN BLUE CORN BOURBON

 Home of the first Kentucky Blue Corn Bourbon. Our award-winning Blue Corn Bourbon is now being grown at our Elkwood Farm location just down the road from Frankfort, KY. This product has a nutty sweetness unlike any other product on the market. While currently available seasonally, we invite you to visit our Elkwood Farm in Midway, KY for a grain-to-glass experience, where you can witness our corn up close and savor the fresh-from-the-still taste of our Blue Dog. 

High in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains of Toas, New Mexico a story has been unfolding.....

In the shadow of Wheeler Peak, carved out by glaciers long ago, the La Cal Basin traps snowmelt and rainwater, with nowhere to go, this alpine water slowly seeps into the ground.  It is here, after nearly eight decades of filtering through the mountains, that our water resurfaces, born anew by way of the Phoenix Spring.

 Okay. We lied. When we said our whiskey has no bite, we forgot to mention the love bite of Ponderosa 4.2. Subtle yet intoxicating, and with alluring notes of vanilla and maple, this blended whiskey is dangerous

to men and women alike.

Handcrafted with Taos rye, aged with Ponderosa bark and Pecan wood, and softened by spring-fed waters of the Sangre De Cristo Mountains, this here is a whiskey as smooth as the sunset.

This is an unassuming spot with a great selection, nestled on historic Central Avenue in old-town Fillmore.  Stop in and see for yourself!

Great food, great atmosphere, great bar.  A must visit for dinner and for a Happy Hour to watch a game at the bar or to sit outside on the patio by the fire pits.  Can't walt to get back here.

This spot, with a hidden gem, basement speakeasy, has been a Thousand Oaks spirits staple for nearly five years.  A must near the intersection of the 101 and the 23.

If you've never seen 800 spirits bottles in a single location, you need to see The Local.  Another hidden, bourbon drinkers spot that you must put on your list.  

Found this great bar while camping at Flying Flags.  The manager was eager to give us a try, and we are excited to break into what is otherwise wine country.  

Great spot, huge selection.  We were so happy to get into this Huntington Beach classic location!
